4. Shipping Addresses & Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Dare Lucid is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Dare Lucid is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier or our support team at support@darelucid.com within 7 days.
6. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the processing stage, we may not be able to make changes.
