Returns & Refund Policy

At Dare Lucid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our policy below to understand your options.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use.

  • Items without their original packaging or tags.

  • "Final Sale" items or items purchased during specific clearance events.

4. How to Start a Return

5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product, Dare Lucid will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately if this happens.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or a different product, the fastest way to get it is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
